My Resume
My Specialties
-
My approach to design is human centered and analytical. Over the years, I’ve developed a keen ability to zoom in and out of a problem space. This is where I have excelled with teams to collaboratively put frameworks and define problem statements that feel simple. In addition, I believe in simplifying language and reducing jargon as much as possible as a way to ensure that others can easily be included and aligned in design decisions and outcomes.

Design operations is the design and management of the very processes used in order for teams to consistently produce quality user experiences. My approach is simply applying the same principals and methods within UX design to create employee experiences that drive business outcomes, employee growth, and joy. I leverage empathy and active listening for ways of building connection and communication.
